eBay is straightforward to use, and i can usually find what i’m looking for quickly with the filters. some pages feel a little cluttered, especially on my phone, but overall it’s easy enough to navigate and doesn’t really get confusing.

My account got suspended, i was stressed at first. I had to read between the lines a bit to figure out what was really going on, but eBay support did explain the issue and helped me get it fixed faster than I thought they would. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but overall, I’d say they handled it well

My package went missing, which was annoying, and I was ready to blame the usual shipping mess. But ebay support got back to me faster than I expected, told me exactly what I needed to do, and even followed up after. ebay is usually good, honestly. I’ve found some nice deals there, but the shipping fees can get a little ridiculous, even on small stuff. So something that looks cheap at first doesn’t always end up being that cheap once shipping is added.

From what I remember using ebay over the years, I’ve always liked that both the buyer and seller can leave ratings after a sale. It’s not a perfect system, of course, but it usually feels fair enough. I’ve definitely checked feedback before buying, and more than once it’s helped me steer clear of a deal that didn’t seem right.

A seller ended up canceling my order, and I was already assuming the refund would be a whole hassle because I’ve had bad luck with this kind of thing before. But to my surprise, eBay handled it really fast. The money was back in my account within a day or two, and I didn’t have to go through a bunch of annoying messages or waiting around. Pages usually load quickly, and I haven’t really had any issues with it. Overall, it’s a solid app that makes buying and tracking stuff feel straightforward

Item showed up not as described, so I had to return it. eBay’s process was simple, seller replied the next day, and I got the label. Refund hit a few days after they got it back. Took a little longer than I wanted, but it worked out fine

"Smooth international order, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered a vintage camera lens from Japan to Germany and was a little nervous about how the shipping would go. The seller added tracking quickly, and eBay’s updates were decent enough, but I still found myself checking the tracking way too often and getting frustrated waiting for it to move. In the end, it arrived after 9 days with no damage, and all the customs info was there, so nothing got held up. I’ve bought a few international items on eBay now, and this one went smoothly overall. Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap, but it got here safely, so I can’t complain too much.

My first impression of eBay was that it’s a really handy place to check prices, and that’s still what I use it for the most. I usually find fair deals if I take a little time to compare a few listings. Some sellers definitely price things too high, so it pays to look around. The only thing that can really change the deal is shipping, because it can make the total jump fast. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid place for price shopping
